Part of the work I do is to see people who have had the diagnosis of a terminal illness. Although this can be the toughest type of client I see it can also be the most uplifting and life affirming. Nothing in this world is more inspirational than somebody with just a few weeks or months to live who is savouring every single moment. With a short time to live, people seem to slow down time itself, as they notice every fine detail in people and the world around them, experiencing this clarity with absolute joy.
