This is one of those ‘how long is a piece of string’ questions. What I can tell you is that I like to work quickly and get you in and out as soon as possible. I love you all dearly and will stand firmly in your corner and go out to battle shoulder to shoulder with you. But… the only way I can keep myself sane is to get you what you want as soon as possible and wave a fond goodbye. I hear about the deepest, darkest, most torturous things daily, and I need to come up alongside you and feel your pain, but always moving towards a solution. I’m also not always a big fan of weekly sessions. Usually 3 or 4 close together, and then you’ll be in a position to start doing things differently.

The most exciting thing in the world is getting a chance to tear it all up and start again. Keep all the things you want and throw out everything you don’t. Wendy will help you do just that!
