I don’t know what it’s like for you…. but what many people feel when they’re suffering with that annoying, gnawing feeling of unhappiness, is stuck. Going round and round the same old loop and no matter what you do to try and change it, nothing seems to get any better.
That waking up at 3am thing, turning thoughts over and over in your mind, not finding any solutions, and then dragging yourself through the day, totally exhausted. I suspect that if you’re like most people, you can’t just put your finger on exactly what’s wrong.

After spending some time on Dr Google looking at anxiety, depression, stress and relationship problems, you may have decided it’s a bit of everything………or worse, that’s there’s no hope for happiness.
It’s so frustrating when it seems everyone else is smashing it. Like they’ve got it all ﬁgured out. To everyone else though, you’re the one who ‘made it’, who’s ‘got it all’…yet, inside…totally different story.
So… you start to think about what you can do to try and fix this thing. This thing I hear clients describe as ‘head-shit’ stuff.
Perhaps you see a counsellor because a friend recommended it and counselling sounds like the sort of thing you should be doing (you really shouldn’t). Or even worse, decide that what you really, really need is a ‘life – coach’ ………..whatever they are?
You may decide to go and see your GP… and yet, the thought of being put on an NHS waiting list and being fed mind-numbing anti-depressants makes you think “f**k that” and thank God it does.
And despite all that, it’s possible that for ages, you’ve just resigned yourself to thinking that there’s “nothing you can do, it’s just the way it is”…
And yet, something keeps telling you that you shouldn’t have to put up with this head shit.
